Transaction History

Every payment processed through MakerVera — memberships, event tickets, store purchases, donations, and gift cards — creates a transaction record. Members can view their own transactions on their profile page. Admins can view transactions for any member, or browse all transactions from the admin billing dashboard.
For Members
Section titled “For Members”Viewing Your Transactions
Section titled “Viewing Your Transactions”Your recent transactions appear on the Transactions tab of your profile page.
- Click your avatar or name in the header to open your profile
- Select the Transactions tab
- Your five most recent transactions are displayed
Each transaction shows:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Type | What the payment was for — Membership, Event Ticket, Store, Donation, or Gift Card |
| Date | When the transaction was processed |
| Amount | The total amount charged |
| Status | Current state of the transaction (see Transaction Statuses below) |
What Shows Up Here
Section titled “What Shows Up Here”Your Transactions tab includes payments you made while signed in, as well as guest payments that were linked to your account by email. For example:
- You purchase an event ticket while signed in — it appears immediately
- You make a guest donation using the same email as your account — it appears after the donation is processed and linked
What Doesn’t Show Up
Section titled “What Doesn’t Show Up”- Payments made with a different email address than your account
- Anonymous donations (these are intentionally not linked to any account)
- Payments to a different makerspace (each makerspace has its own transaction history)
For Administrators
Section titled “For Administrators”Admins with the manage_billing permission have two ways to view transactions.
Member Profile View
Section titled “Member Profile View”When viewing another member’s profile, the Transactions tab shows that member’s recent transactions. This uses the admin billing endpoint and shows the same fields as the member’s self-view, plus a View all transactions link when there are more than five.
Admin Billing Dashboard
Section titled “Admin Billing Dashboard”Navigate to Admin > Billing > Transactions for a complete view of all transactions across your makerspace.
The admin dashboard includes:

| Revenue Summary | Cards showing total revenue, net to makerspace, MRR, refunds, and platform fees |
| Filters | Filter by transaction type, status, date range, or specific member |
| Export | Download transactions as CSV for accounting or reporting |
| Refunds | Issue full or partial refunds directly from a transaction row |
Transaction Statuses
Section titled “Transaction Statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Succeeded | Payment completed successfully |
| Pending | Payment is being processed |
| Failed | Payment was declined or encountered an error |
| Refunded | The full amount was refunded |
| Partial Refund | Part of the amount was refunded |
| Disputed | The cardholder filed a dispute with their bank |
